Xiangyu Luo is the Founder, Chairman, and Chief Executive Producer of NEKCOM. He is also the CEO of NEKCOM China.

Since 2011, Luo has led a team of passionate and highly talented creators with rich experiences and a deep understanding of game development. With his unique and bold creative philosophy, NEKCOM has established a reputation for bringing distinctive and compelling game experiences to all gamers.

As the Chief Executive Producer and Creative Director of the development team, he oversees all the titles of NEKCOM, ensuring they meet players’ demands.

Before founding NEKCOM in 2011, he was the Design Director at GlobeX Studios, leading the game design team to shape compelling game experiences. He also worked as a game designer and producer in some of the best game companies, such as Ubisoft and EA.

Luo graduated from Wuhan University in China with a B.S. in Information Technology Product Management in 2006.
